Yes, we are guest friendly there is no extra charge.

Are guests allowed in the hotel room?

Yes, guests are allowed in the hotel room, but please note that the room occupancy is limited to two people. We only allow one guest at a time in the room to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. If you plan to have a guest over, please inform the front desk so that we can register their information. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are only meters away.

How far is “Walking Street"?

Only a short 10 to 15 minutes away.

Are extra beds available?

At this time, we do not offer extra beds.

Can the temperature be regulated from my room?

Yes, you will have a remote-control device.

What time can I check in and check-out?

Official check-in 13:00 PM; Official Check out time is at 12:00 noon.  However, we offer 24/7 front desk service

Are Housekeeping services available?

Yes, you will have access to free housekeeping on a daily basis.

How much does the Guest House Charge for towels and linen?

These items are standard and offered free of charge.

Do you have Wi-Fi service?

Stay connected during your stay with our free internet service provided throughout our guestrooms and public areas. Please log in with your username and password provided at check-in.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

In the past, we offered this service.  However, we have discontinued this service due to the increased cost to the guest from the transportation service provider.

Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?

There are times during the low season we honored free early check-in and check but subject to availability.

Can I store my bag/luggage?

Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. However, The Siam Guest House reserves to right to deny the storage of oversized and suspicious items.

Do you have an elevator?

As a budget facility, we elected to have only two floors.

Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

We, also, care for pets.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our rooms or any of our common areas. Due to the response and requirements of our other guests.

Do you offer parking for hotel guests?

Parking in our area is free, however, parking space is limited, so, it is subject to availability.

Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?

At this time, we do not have special rooms available for persons with disabilities.

What is your linen & damage Policy?

Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, tattoo ink, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the team leader in charge.

Does the guest house serve meals?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our lack of meal services. As a budget hospitality facility, we aim to keep our room rates as affordable as possible. Therefore, we do not offer meal services as a means of keeping our expenses low and passing on those savings to our guests.

Are smoking rooms available and what is your smoking policy?

The Siam Guest House does not have the approval for smoking in the rooms, due to civil authorities and to be incompliance with our insurance requirements.
